so today was my birthday.  big freakin' deal!  Because of the flooding and every major highway shutdown so tons of traffic on MY backroads, it took 1 hour and like 20 minutes to get home (approx.~32-34 miles one way)  

i DID get the RockBand track pack and some Guitar Hero sleep pants.  :)
i'm definitely wearing them to my sister's get-together this weekend when IU hosts Ball State football.  We're going to tailgate all day and rock out all night.  I always have fun down there.  PLUS all my (new) friends... just awesome.  hope to write more but i have a couple more songs to drum/play out... Thanks and it was a pretty good day afterall
